  • We represent young talent aged 0-17.

  • Whilst we want to give every talent the opportunity to break into the industry, we cannot accept everyone! As a management, we decide who to represent based on a variety of factors and who we think would get work! The decision of the agency is final.

  • Successful applicants will receive an acceptance email along with a contract to sign within 2 weeks of applying. Due to the high demand of applications Star Gold receives, if you don’t hear from us within the 2 week time frame of applying, then unfortunately you haven’t been successful at this time.

  • We do not charge a fee to join Star Gold Talent, however we do charge a £40 yearly book fee. We also take 20% commission of any job booked. ChatGPT said:

This licence applies to work in television, film, theatre, modelling, and other professional activities. Once a child has reached the statutory school leaving age, a licence is no longer required.

  • Castings usually take place in Central London, but every casting is different. To be in this industry, you need to be prepared to travel for jobs!

  • Whilst it is in our best interest to get you auditions and work, we cannot guarantee that you will! We try our best and will submit you for everything you fit! However, you must be prepared that one month you could have a casting every week, and the next month nothing! It is all about patience.

  • Yes, all children that sign to the agency must be on Spotlight. If you are not already on, we will send you a link to sign up! Spotlight costs around £120 a year (£10.98 a month), but this can easily be made back with one job!

  • Yes, you must live in the UK to be part of the agency. Unfortunately, we don’t represent anyone that is based outside.

  • No, unfortunately not. We are a sole agency, meaning you can only be signed with us.

  • A 30 day written notice period is required if a child wishes to leave the Agency.
